The developers of the MMORPG “The Quinfall” heard the community’s complaints and decided to immediately play their trump card and fired the community manager who caused an uproar in the community.
The studio acknowledges that the work of community managers does not always meet audience expectations and the standards required to present “Queenfall.” After analyzing the feedback, the developers concluded that the project needed a more transparent and professional system for communicating with players and handling their requests.
As part of the change, the team has stopped working with the former Zeff Community Manager, who is no longer in that role. Now all issues involving community, communication and important decisions will be directly controlled by developers, with project managers personally monitoring these processes.
Quinfall promises to make interactions with players more open and consistent, place a greater emphasis on feedback, and handle contentious situations constructively and fairly. The team’s main goal is to restore community trust and build healthier relationships between players and developers.
