Ubisoft has launched the third season of Year 11 of Rainbow Six: Siege, titled Operation Divided Fire. This update adds the new defense agent Nur, a rework of the villa map, balance changes, several new modes, and more.
Noor is a defense agent from Egypt equipped with a new Spear of Horus device. It fires projectiles that can attach to ballistic shields or various surfaces and then release flames. His arsenal also includes Commando-9 and Alda 5.56 submachine guns, and other equipment includes barbed wire and a portable shield.
This season also brings balance changes to operators Kali, Dokkabi, Lion, Echo and Kapkan. These adjustments also affect anti-tank mines and many other pieces of equipment.
The basement and garage areas of the villa map have been redesigned. The living room/library objective has been moved to the lower floor, resulting in new bomb placement options. The garage is now considered an interior room, which changes the way attacks are done from the east of the map.
