During September’s State of Play, Square Enix announced a demo of Final Fantasy Resonance, which will be available on digital stores today. The trial will allow players to start the adventure from the entire first chapter and transfer their saves to the full game at launch, which is scheduled for release on October 22 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2.
The release of the demo is accompanied by a new trailer that aired during State of Play, which provides a deeper look at the game and reveals the existence of Sephiroth as an antagonist.
