Russian Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseev announced plans to sell the assets of Lesta Games, which is developing the popular online games “World of Tanks” and “World of Ships”, to private investors. The department expects to overcome all legal proceedings and conduct direct transactions in September-October this year.
According to a representative of the ministry, the company has a high level of operation and management, and has specially formulated a salary plan in accordance with market standards to retain key employees. The official did not disclose the exact value of the assets but called the business valuation “very expensive.” Let us recall that last summer the company, worth an estimated 135 billion rubles according to the Prosecutor General’s Office, changed hands and became the property of the Federal Property Administration.
