American independent studio Double Fine Productions (“Psycho 2”, “Broken Age”, “Guardians”) declare The first game after leaving Xbox was the comedy bus driver simulator Thank You Bus Driver.

In Thank You Bus Driver, players take on the role of a city bus driver, trying to get through the day with the fewest violations and maximum appreciation from passengers.
The more you give thanks, the more time you have to get to your next stop. Collect additional thanks to unlock “Bus Skills”, “City Options” and other bonuses.
To reach your next objective, sometimes you have to check the map as you turn or take a shortcut through a cornfield: “It’s up to you to avoid pedestrians, oncoming vehicles or the fence ahead”.
Drivers also need to maintain order during the journey: those who break the rules (which change every day) are slapped, and repeat offenders are thrown out of the back door and stripped of their right to ride the bus.
Thank you bus driver is specially created for PC (steam, GOGitch.io), and there’s not even an approximate release date yet. Judging from the Valve digital store page, only English support is currently available.
The project will be the first game from the Double Fine Action Labs brand, which focuses on small and strange products. Thanks to the bus driver, free tickets will be given away to those who support the studio’s crowdfunding project with more than $60.
