Publisher Smilegate is actively preparing to launch a new large-scale cross-platform MMORPG “Eclipse: The Awakening” developed by NPIXEL Studio. Positioned as an “MMOLite”, the project aims to retain the deep upgrade and combat systems represented by the classic genre, but free players from the grueling grind and mandatory daily grind thanks to advanced systems such as passive “shelter” and autonomous artificial intelligence modes.
The community’s interest in the game is at an all-time high, with over one million pre-registrations, ensuring that all participants will receive generous game rewards, including rare summoning coupons and millions of gold coins.
In a recent livestream, the developers showed off the game’s key features in detail – from a unique skill fusion system to massive arena battles and cross-server campaigns. The PC client version is pre-loaded through the STOVE platform, and the PC and mobile device projects will be fully launched on September 10.
