F1 25 Continuing the acceleration, Codemasters developers are ready for release new updates. To be precise, it is the number 1025.
Let’s take a look at all the new features the team has rolled out.
F1 25 Patch 1.025 Comments
main news:
- A new 2026 F2™ Championship has been added to the game, featuring all official cars and drivers.
- Sporting updates for F1 cars and drivers: including visual updates and sponsor changes for the 2026 Formula 1® season.
- Several special edition liveries have been added to the F1 2026 cars. Stay tuned for next month’s news and redeem them directly from your in-game inbox!
- Updated several captains for various parts of the game.
- To better reflect the 2026 regulations, Boost mode with limited power output is now also available on wet tracks.
- To comply with regulations, Straight Line Mode and DRS only remain active when the accelerator is depressed above 90%.
- The race direction message “Overtaking Enabled” will now appear at the correct time during F1 2026 racing. This functionality has also been implemented in UDP output.
cars and tracks:
- Fixed an issue where driver numbers and logos overlapped on some sponsor liveries.
- Updated the overdrive LED scheme on Franco Colapinto’s steering wheel.
- Improved Red Bull 2026 steering wheel position to reflect that of the real car.
- The front suspension on 2026 Aston Martin and Haas cars now appears to be properly connected to the wheels.
- Fixed some trackside obstacles on the Australian track which were previously borrowed from the Austrian track.

- Updated tire allocations for several F1 2026 race weekends.
- Fixed an issue where the number of available Bitcoins was not displayed when visiting the Store in Career Mode.
- Fixed an issue in the team selection screen in Driver Career: the endorsement value displayed will now always be correct.
- In Driver Career mode, completing an F2 season will provide you with a recognition bonus at the start of your first F1 season.
- Fixed an issue where honors were not displayed correctly when starting a driver career with an official F2 driver.

Steering wheel and controls:
- Minor refinements have been made to the user on the steering wheel to ensure better correspondence between command input and physical response during sudden changes in steering or acceleration.
- Fixed a stability issue that could affect users connected to both Moza and Simucube devices.
- Fixed an issue on certain hardware configurations where force feedback calls would prevent high frame rates from being achieved.
- Improved control profiles for supported Simagic devices.
