The PC version of GTA 6 may launch earlier than expected. Video Games Chronicle editor-in-chief Andy Robinson believes that the current component shortage and rising prices of game hardware may force Rockstar Games not to delay the port.
According to reporters, companies in the field of artificial intelligence are actively occupying production facilities, which is why not only PC components are becoming more and more expensive, but also new game consoles are becoming more and more expensive. In this case, GTA 6’s long-term exclusivity on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series may reduce profits for Rockstar.
There is no official information about the release date of the PC version yet. GTA 5 came to PC a year and a half after its console release, but if the rumors are true, Rockstar may choose to release GTA 6 in a shorter time interval.
