Qiji has launched a series of Trident Z5 Royal NeoX RAM modules that support AMD EXPO ultra-low latency (ULL) overclocking profile. The new module operates at DDR5-6000 frequency, with delay (timing) values ranging from CL36 to CL26.

The CL26 specification itself is not new to G.Skill. The company has released Trident Z5 Royal Neo DDR5-6000 CL26 memory, which supports standard AMD EXPO overclocking profiles. Upgrading to NeoX adds support for the new AMD EXPO ULL profile, which features finer adjustments to secondary and tertiary memory subtiming and a low-latency mode. This enables compatible Ryzen processor-based systems to automatically apply more aggressive memory settings beyond standard frequency configurations and basic timings.
AMD launched EXPO ULL technology at Computex 2026 in Taipei, claiming that average game performance increased by about 4% compared to the standard EXPO profile. Previously, G.SKILL released the Trident Z5 NeoX RGB and Flare X5X modules using this technology.
The Trident Z5 Royal NeoX module retains the signature features of the Royal series – a mirrored aluminum heat sink and crystal light panel with RGB backlighting. Qiji will offer the Trident Z5 Royal NeoX module in silver and gold finishes.
The manufacturer has not announced the cost of the offered memory kits nor the complete list of available options in terms of total capacity (only the 32 GB kit has been announced). It is understood that the new Royal NeoX series will enter the global market in stages. To use the EXPO ULL configuration file, a compatible processor, motherboard and BIOS version are required.
