The optical disc digitization program is indeed expanding rapidly. Microsoft hasn’t announced which new games will be available, but it does recommend that players regularly check their discs to see if they can be converted to digital licenses.
Just yesterday, we reported that Ubisoft was one of the publishers completely ignoring the Xbox’s disc-to-digital plans. More than 20 of their games are now supported. Players on social networks report that starting September 9th, Ubisoft games can be converted to digital format if you have the disc. But now this does not apply to all projects. However, the feature has been confirmed in more than 20 games:

- Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India
- Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia
- Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey
- Assassin’s Creed: Origins
- Assassin’s Creed: Shadows
