Chinese studio ZEALORY GAMES has launched a new open-world action role-playing game “Sleepless Wilds” (unofficial translation; original work – Sleepless Wilds). Development is in the early stages and plans for a global release have yet to be announced. Supported platforms include PCs and mobile devices running iOS and Android.
In Sleepless Wilds, the developers focused on interacting with the environment, using physics and chemical reactions to create different ways to explore the world and solve game problems. The game world is built around the mysterious substance Khazar, which moves between the surface and underground layers and changes the surrounding reality. The protagonist plays a wanderer, able to move between two worlds. He must explore continents, oceans and underground faults where unknown threats are spreading.
“Sleepless Wilderness” supports three-person cooperation mode. Players will be able to team up for exploration and combat, and the interaction of different character abilities should create additional passing options.
