The developers of the action role-playing game Punishment: Raven held a broadcast specifically for the upcoming update Anchored in Faith, which will be released on September 24, 2026. As part of the broadcast, new characters, game mechanics, and details on upcoming collaborations were introduced.
The main innovation will be the appearance of a character named Adelaide. She introduces a new warrior class focused on strengthening the squad and dealing serious damage. The character wields weapons that change shape during combat: in one pose, Adelaide fights with a giant cross, in another she switches to a heavy artillery for long-range shots. You can get the base version of Adelaide for free by participating in in-game events.
The collaboration with the “Date A Live V” animated series has also been officially announced, with Kurumi Tokisaki joining the game. The crossover version will be released on September 29th. In battle, Kurumi uses two flintlock guns and a time manipulation mechanism. In order to obtain cooperative characters, special banners will be launched to try out discounts. The developer has clarified that after successfully receiving Kurumi the first two times, players will receive additional copies. Users who log in to the game regularly during the event will receive 24 character banner coupons and 14 weapon banner coupons for free.
The Anchored Faith update also includes system improvements. The game will have the function of quickly upgrading characters and equipment with one click. Memory storage limits will increase from 1,000 units to 1,500 units, and access to new dormitory areas will also be opened.
