Update 1.0 brings planning mode, allowing you to place production modules and conveyor belts in advance. Colonies also now have truck roads, the ability to swap production modules in and out of resources, training centers to speed up the training of colonists, and more flexible wage settings. Players can fire workers, sell mobile drills and harvesters, and dismantle outposts.
The story campaign is now fully completed and contains several possible endings. The prologue has been redesigned, and global events have added new threats to the colonies, including solar flares, meteor showers, and epidemics.
The updated “Sandbox 2.0” allows you to independently select a starting point on the lunar map, use generated seeds and configure the parameters of new channels. New terrain maps and several new mods have also been added to the game, including an anti-meteor gun, showers, and toilets. The visual design of the underground base has been expanded, with a new interior style, and the tunnels, basalt and regolith walls have been given a redesigned look.
The developers have also made extensive optimizations to logistics and other systems, reducing the load on RAM and improving frame rates.
