Blizzard has announced a new game in the StarCraft series and shown off a cinematic trailer. The project will be an open-world shooter and is expected to be released in 2030. Development is being led by Dan Hay, a former producer on the Far Cry series.
The trailer itself shows a Terran Dominion infantryman in training, with an unknown voice in the background. Judging from his words, humanity is surrounded by enemies and the lives of millions depend on elite soldiers. As a result, the film’s protagonist finds himself locked in a battle with the Zerg, and in a pathetic speech references the Protoss race.
Unfortunately, information about the game is currently very limited. Maybe in the near future we will learn new details, you can subscribe to the official newsletter gaming website.
