Microsoft completed its acquisition of Activision Blizzard in 2023, and a few days later, BlizzCon took place, where Phil Spencer spoke. - Hearthstone is a major new addition. Blizzard has introduced a new monk class to the game, which will appear in March 2027. The console version of Hearthstone has yet to be announced, although players have been waiting for it for a long time.
- Heroes of the Storm – Xal’atath. The new MOBA hero (for the first time in six years) will be Xal’atat. Heroes of the Storm does not currently have a console version.
- World of Warcraft: Midnight – Eclipse and World of Warcraft: The Last Titan. Blizzard talked about the next major phase of Midnight’s development. The console version of “World of Warcraft” was not presented.
In addition to the major new content, BlizzCon also unveiled some seasonal updates for Diablo IV and Strike Force that will be coming to consoles. In addition, World of Warcraft also introduced full gamepad support, but most players believe that the console version will never appear, and the popular MMORPG will be able to launch on the next generation of consoles due to the console’s compatibility with PC.
