Com2uS Holdings announced the global release of ARES: Steel Vanguard, an MMO action game developed by Second Dive. project available PC and mobile platforms in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and other regions support comprehensive cross-platform connectivity.
The main feature of the international version is a shift from the classic MMORPG classic to a story-driven action game, with only one game flow from the beginning. Co-op PvE activities (raids and end-game content) are unlocked as players level up, while PvP has been moved to a separate optional mode.
The game stands out for its sci-fi setting, its “suit swap” mechanic that instantly swaps out two suits mid-battle, and its dynamic aerial battles between giant Goliath mechas and Valkyries. Taking into account the experience of the soft launch in six countries in August, the developers took into account the feedback from the audience and optimized the game as much as possible.
