RTK-CODThe full-cycle IT services provider ensured that Rosselkhozbank, one of the country’s largest banks, had its IT systems fully migrated to its facilities. As part of the comprehensive project, the company also expanded the financial organization’s hosting resources and created a full-fledged backup platform for the geographically dispersed deployment of bank information systems.
The RTK-DPC team was faced with the task of creating a fault-tolerant cluster for Rosselkhozbank to guarantee the continuity of its activities. The service provider has implemented an enhanced set of physical protection measures on-site at its data centers, ensuring compliance with the strict standards of the Central Bank of Russia and FSTEC, without requiring customers to invest in creating their own security infrastructure.
Consolidating distributed infrastructure into highly reliable clusters enables customers to optimize costs of leasing, energy supply and cross-connections. Due to the separation of migration phases, the migration of the IT environment occurs seamlessly without stopping critical business processes and without being noticed by bank customers.

At the RTK-DPC data center, Rosselkhozbank receives a “clean” energy supply (stable voltage, uninterruptible power supply and network interference protection) and is able to expand the equipment density.
One of the main results of the project was the creation of a mature reserve platform for the geographically distributed deployment of Rosselkhozbank’s information systems. This architecture guarantees the continuity of key services and fully complies with the mandatory requirements of the Bank of Russia for the sustainability of financial organizations.
«It was vital to us that the new site fully complied with strict regulatory requirements and that the move was absolutely seamless without halting business processes, and RTK-DPC provided exactly that. The move to lease modernized space at a fixed price for rack space and energy consumption provides us with something crucial to the financial sector – a transparent and predictable operating cost structure. We have clear long-term budget planning and a clear understanding of IT infrastructure costs over the next few years“said Vadim Grigorenko, Deputy Director of Information Technology Department of Rosselkhozbank.
«We are seeing a steady trend: Financial institutions are increasingly transferring their physical infrastructure to professional operators to focus on the development of digital services rather than the construction and maintenance of data centers. Our role in such projects is not just to provide space and energy, but to provide a turnkey, fault-tolerant IT architecture that enables seamless migration and ensures full compliance with regulatory standards. The case of Rosselkhozbank, the country’s main financial institution, confirms RTK-DPC’s expertise in implementing complex infrastructure projects”, pointed out the Director of Customer Service Center RTK-COD Alexei Shuvalov.
