Neowiz, a company best known for the highly-rated Soul Project Lies of P, has registered the Wonders of O trademark. Apparently, this will be the name of the continuation of the project, whose development has been well known since the successful release of the original. information discovered by the mediabut it has not yet been officially confirmed.
Neowiz’s Wonders of O trademark application was found in the EUIPO database. It is essentially the same as the earlier P trademark registration, but includes several additional categories. Specifically, Neowiz lists the production and distribution of anime, in addition to games and other related content. At the same time, registration itself does not mean that a studio is actually preparing an animated series or individual animation project.
The title of the sequel The Lies of P, The Miracle of O, indirectly confirms the connection to the previously aired story about Dorothy Gale. After the closing credits of The Lie of P, there is a scene of Paracelsus talking about finding Dorothy on a train, calling her the new “key figure” in his experiment. Dorothy is the heroine in the fairy tale The Wizard of Oz. However, it is unclear whether she will be the protagonist of the new work.
In May of this year, it was reported that the sequel to “Lies of P” had been approved in the prototype stage and had entered full-scale production. The original “P’s Lie” itself sold over 4 million copies.
