In recent months, HackerVoice38 has hacked into multiple Denuvo anti-piracy protected games, including games released in 2026, thus attracting the attention of Denuvo Software Solutions, the Austrian company responsible for the mechanism.

As the portal points out torrent maniacOn September 14, Denuvo filed a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) lawsuit against voices38 in the U.S. Federal Court. The full text of the document is available at: association.
Denuvo accuses Voices38 of bypassing security features in 26 Denuvo-equipped games, including Doom: Dark Ages, Mafia: The Old Country, Hogwarts Legacy, Pragmata, Resident Evil Requiem, Blacklight Myth: Goku, Goku: Goku, and Dawn of James Bond.

The company believes voices38’s actions violated DMCA laws and harmed its business. Since Denuvo does not own the games listed, it cannot accuse the hackers of traditional copyright infringement.
Denuvo seeks to recover damages and prohibit Voices38 from circumventing Denuvo’s protections in any games, including future games. The list of hacked projects provided by the company is no longer complete.

Potential penalties for Voice 38 are further complicated by the fact that his identity is unknown. Denuvo provided the court with a Discord ID, a Reddit account and seven Steam profiles, which should help identify the hackers.
Meanwhile, voices38 uses the same Reddit account, reacted Proceedings filed against him. Apparently, hackers are not afraid of legal action: “Everything is fine. Everything will continue as normal.”.
