Netmarble has released a major update for its vampire MMORPG VAMPIR, adding the long-awaited party PvP mode – 5 vs 5 Arena – to the game. Instead of the usual large-scale battles between clans and servers, the new mode is aimed at small groups. Arena has a unique trait system: before each match, players can flexibly customize the active and passive skills of specific roles such as tanks, healers, and damage dealers based on the composition of their team and opponents.
The patch also expands character development options by introducing the Sephira Elemental Mythic level, which is created by merging Legendary items with accumulated points upon failure. In addition, the game now has a full friends system for personal messaging, party invitations and clan checking, as well as the long-awaited transfer between servers, which will take place from September 21st to 24th. The update’s festive release is accompanied by a series of in-game events offering valuable rewards, including summoning familiar tickets and artifact enhancement stones.
