The creators of Ghostrunner decided not to force players to choose between Wallet and other games. First-person Lake of Souls Valor Mortis will be released at a significantly cheaper price than originally planned – the standard edition will cost $39.99 instead of $49.99. The price in rubles is still unknown at the moment, and the game is not and will not be available for pre-order – the developers want players to see the finished game first before deciding whether it’s worth paying for it.
One More Level explains the pricing policy decision very simply – the fall 2026 major release is too busy and players don’t have enough free time and money to handle everything at the same time. At the same time, the studio ensures that the game fully lives up to the standards of a full-fledged, expensive release. The story campaign takes approximately 20 hours to complete. Valor Mortis will be released on October 13th for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
