This week, from September 21st to 27th, if nothing else happens, the Game Pass subscription plan plans to release at least 5 new products with different service levels. Three spots on the list are joining the service for the first time, meaning they’re of interest to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers. Other games extend existing products to new levels.
New games on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass
Subscribers to the most “Premium” service level will receive 3 items this week:
- Dune: Awakening (Xbox, PC) – September 22
- Well Dweller (Xbox, PC) – September 22
- Mad King Redemption (Xbox, PC) — 23 сентября
The main new addition to this list is Dune: Awakening. After being exclusive on PC for over a year, the project is finally coming to consoles and updated with a full single-player experience, whereas initially the game was only available in MMO format.
Game Pass Premium New Items This Week
Premium members will get some of the games launching in Ultimate this week, as well as some extra content:
- Dune: Awakening (Xbox, PC) – September 22
- Mad King Redemption (Xbox, PC) — 23 сентября
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (Xbox, PC) — 25th Anniversary
For this subscription level, Black Ops 6 can be considered a major new release. Let’s recall that in 2024, the Ultimate and PC versions were launched immediately after the game was released, which means that about 2 years have passed since the Premium version was released.
Game Pass Essential Newbies
In September, the cheapest service level has received two new games. There’s another one coming this week:
- Rematch (Xbox, PC) – September 25
It’s worth mentioning that the total number of games in the Essential subscription has been declining significantly recently, given the massive removal of items from Game Pass.
