Nightdive, Eidos-Montréal, and Atari unveiled stealth action game Thief: The Dark Project Remastered at PC Gaming Show 2026 in June, and now are showing off gameplay at PC Gaming Show Tokyo Direct 2026.
Well, if the release is planned for this winter, why wait? Nightdive did the same thing to the Thieves classic in Looking Glass as they did to its many other remakes: they dragged it onto their own KEX engine, tightening up the graphics, textures, models, and animations. Well, this is the result. The game will take on a new glory paint Shadows nearly thirty years after its debut.
On PC – Thief: The Dark Project Remastered will be available on Steam, the Epic Games Store and GOG – there will even be customization events and “new products” appearing on the last two generations of consoles.
