Nightdive Studios has released the first full gameplay trailer for Thief: The Dark Project Remastered. Shown as part of the PC Gaming Show demo – in the video, you can see the familiar gameplay of the classic stealth action game alongside updated graphics.
Players will once again assume the role of Garrett, a master thief who is drawn into a conspiracy against the Knights of the Hammer by a mysterious sponsor. What begins as a simple series of thefts turns into a deadly case that threatens the fate of an entire civilization.
The remaster will receive an updated interface, support for modding and fan activity on PC, all original content and new content from Thief: Gold, up to 4K resolution and up to 120 fps. The developers will also add full support for game controllers, the ability to select completed missions, and bonus materials from the original game’s creators.
Thief: The Dark Project Remastered will be released this winter on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch. On PC, the game will be available on Steam, GOG and the Epic Games Store.
