Pharmacist Diary: Fake Empire BrothersInspired by the Japanese TV series The Pharmacist’s Monologue, the new game originated from a specific idea: to create a studio-style role-playing game with Momo as the protagonist. The backstory was told during a meeting with the developers at Tokyo Game Show 2026, where it was discovered that the proposal came directly from animation production company TOHO.
According to TOHO producer Takayuki Onishi, the development of a dedicated video game for the series is going through a complicated phase after multiple failed proposals.
