The new game provides the series with an unusual setting on the Scottish coast and has already managed to attract media attention: the project scored an 82 on OpenCritic and an 81 on Metacritic. While these results are slightly lower than the win metrics for the remake silent hill 2 (87 points) and silent hill f (86 points), they are still very strong.
