Active Matter has received update 0.4.0.135, which brings a series of improvements to controls, interface, and raids. At the same time, the developers have beefed up where Twisters congregate and finally explained to players why the next item refuses to be placed on the base they actually want it to be placed on.
There are now more enemies in areas where Twisters are concentrated, so familiar routes are now more dangerous. Loot has now been added to the trunks of Soviet trucks, and rewards for level 2-5 operators are now available to all players, regardless of version. Items can no longer be used in hunter form. We’ve also fixed several annoying bugs, including vibration issues when repairing damaged limbs and world display issues after interacting with stairs on Xbox and PlayStation.
For weapons, separate settings have been added for the reload keys for all magazines, and replenishing first aid kits and AI-2s are now accompanied by correct visual and sound effects. Thrown items no longer fall from the ground, and when building, the game will finally communicate why the item cannot be placed. Axes have also been added to the placement menu to help you rotate objects more accurately.
Changes have been made to raids and interface. In “Military Base: Unstable Zone”, the range of the final compression point has been expanded, more locations for vehicles for corresponding contracts have been added to African airports, and an issue with installing beacons on rooftops in “Factory” has been corrected. As a result of a raid, other players’ respawn locations are now visible, and a separate ammo slot appears in the inventory, showing available ammunition and offering to replenish it from the depot.
We pay special attention to game controllers and settings. There are new button assignments, menu navigation has been improved, and the reassignment system now displays conflicts more clearly. At the same time, we’ve fixed issues with vibration after shooting, random shooting when using the trigger, and switching tabs in the Workshop. Finally, the update fixes FPS drops when armor is equipped, loading screen artifacts, container content issues, rare server freezes, and friends list bugs on PlayStation 5.
Please write in the comments if you are rewarded for levels 1 to 5 or if the developers are only keeping new players happy.
