Yandex B2B Technology launches expanded version of artificial intelligence assistant Commercial version “Alice AI Pro”. The service is expected to be useful for banks, retail chains, industrial enterprises and other companies with special requirements for data storage and processing – it is deployed on its own infrastructure and customized for specific tasks. The commercial version “Alice AI Pro” is available in Yandex Cloud.

The AI agent “Alice AI Pro” can solve complex multi-stage tasks: if you give it a task expressed in natural language, it will complete it by accessing applications that humans are accustomed to using, including CRM systems, accounting services and processing documents. When performing a task, the AI assistant creates multiple AI agents to search for information and perform actions – Alice AI Pro coordinates their work, checks and prepares the results.
The service offers more than 120 skills – ready-made instructions for solving work problems, useful for analysts, designers, lawyers, financiers and other experts. You don’t need to write any code to create your own skills. Supports MCP protocol for connecting external and internal services. Some functions of Alice AI Pro were developed by experts from companies involved in testing this AI assistant; Norilsk Nickel has developed multiple scenarios, including document control, cost classification, intelligent search of internal documents, etc.
Yandex offers two versions of its AI assistant. The previously launched “Alice AI” commercial version is aimed at people who need ready-made solutions; the new “Alice AI Pro” provides flexible customization options to meet the company’s needs.
