Octopus Panic Studio roll out Test out the cooperative shooter Gravhounds. The game is available to try out on PC (via Steam) and Xbox Series X consoles | S. To participate in the console test, you need to go to the Xbox Insider Hub app and sign up. This phase of Gravhounds testing will last until September 28.
Gravhounds is a 4-player cooperative shooter. In it, players control bioengineered dogs who are sent to dangerous planets to mine resources. The team needs to collect materials, build a base and fight off increasing numbers of enemies.
One of the features of Gravhounds is the physics model of weapons that use gravity. The developers noted that their emphasis in the game is on the interaction of objects and the unpredictable situations that can arise in combat.
Gravhounds will launch simultaneously in early access on November 2, 2026 on Xbox Series X | S and PC, as well as connecting directly to Game Pass.
