A new batch of material about Akha has begun to spread on the Internet, which will become one of the main innovations in version 4.7 Honkai Impact: Star Trail. Insiders showed off her complete splash art, combat animations, entry into combat and personal interface elements, and also revealed some details about her abilities. All data comes from test version files and has not been confirmed by HoYoverse.
The new art shows the Akka in its complete joyful eternal form. The illustration is designed in a theatrical carnival style: the heroine is surrounded by numerous masks, playing cards and other symbols of the merry way, against the backdrop of her larger cosmic form. Therefore, art simultaneously displays the human and divine images of the characters.
At the same time, game videos with combat animations also appeared. In particular, Akka gets a unique animation at the start of combat, and her abilities are accompanied by unusual visuals. In one of the animations, the eon’s cosmic form appears to tear apart the map, before the space and image of the planet is split in half. At the same time, there are certain moments where the developers used a more humorous presentation, including unique reactions from Akka himself.
People also know one of the key mechanisms of Ahi – Wishpower. According to current data, her superpower requires 8 units of this resource. Aha gains the power of wish after using a basic attack, skill, or joy skill. When the team’s total humor score reaches 40 for the first time, they gain an additional point of Wish Power and increase the critical damage of all allies by 12% for three rounds. Judging from the released animation, the effect looks like a large visual scene, but it is actually a team boost rather than an individual attack on the enemy.
Another important feature is her skill, which allows you to choose an ally and give him the “Spreader of Joy” condition. Such a character will gain more happiness, and at the start of his turn, Akka will gain an additional unit of Wish Force. After using the skill, she will also perform additional attacks on all enemies. As a result, Akka will not only be able to enhance existing Happy Road characters, but also directly interact with their mechanics.
In addition, special interface elements have been prepared for Akha and a separate visual representation of her Instant of Ahi mechanic. For E6 users, when the corresponding Phantom is activated, an additional unique interface will be provided. New Cones of Light have also appeared, one of which targets the Joy Path command directly: it increases the wearer’s critical hit damage against every Joy character in the party, with the bonus even higher when Ashe is present.
All of the above currently applies to the beta version of Honkai Impact, so the names, values, and even individual elements of the Ahi mechanic may still change before the update is released.
