Sci-fi MMORPG Nova Era: Atom undergoes new open playtest in 2019 steam. Testing began on September 28 and will last until October 11, 2026. You can try the game for free by downloading the demo version from the project page on Steam. Now the developers are focusing on testing core game mechanics, balance, and server stability.
In Nova Age: Atoms, players will explore space, control their own spaceship, collect resources and fight opponents. One of the key mechanics is extracting valuable items and then evacuating through the warp: if you fail to leave the danger zone, you risk losing the outcome of your sortie. This approach brings the game closer to a space extraction shooter.
During playtesting, four character classes were available, with different development options, customization of weapons and ship defense systems, and replaceable chips that allow you to tailor components to specific missions. The developers also promise massive exploration of the world, gathering materials and completing contracts.
