The United States signs the “Superintelligence Agreement” at the White House and forces government agencies to abandon the term “artificial intelligence”

The White House hosted a large meeting between US President Trump and leaders of major technology companies such as Google, Tesla, OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta and Nvidia. The main outcome of this activity is the signing of the Super Intelligence Agreement, which embodies the voluntary principle of self-discipline in the artificial intelligence industry.

At the same time, Trump signed a decree “declaring the era of super intelligence” and requiring all U.S. government departments to completely eliminate the use of the familiar terms “artificial intelligence” and “AI.” The government believes the move will help reduce negative associations amid recent security scandals. The document signed by the tech giant imposes ethical obligations on the company, including conducting regular independent security audits, establishing dedicated committees on the board of directors and tightly controlling the conduct of models during the training and deployment stages.

In addition, Trump also publicly supports accelerating the construction of data centers across the country, leaving the task to companies to reduce local dissatisfaction caused by energy grid and water shortages. In the context of these measures, the US government announced the launch of a single government portal, America.gov, which will integrate government services based on artificial intelligence models.
