Active Matter’s update 0.4.0.163 slightly changes the rules of survival on Dalniy Island. Evacuation points have been hidden closer to cover, and Twisters have a new way to punish those who overconfidently try to escape from an evacuation point.
Major changes affect the Twisters, who have begun to persecute them. Now, one of the monsters can teleport through fleeing players and end up in the line of fire. At the same time, the developers haven’t changed their health, damage, or numbers: if the Twister hasn’t noticed you yet, they’ll continue to act as before. But a rash escape could now end in a rather unpleasant face-to-face meeting.
Instead, the seeds become less persistent and quickly stop chasing. At the same time, the developers corrected the collision between monsters and players, so that it is no longer possible to squeeze through dense opponents. Hellhounds should no longer appear on rooftops, and their portals in the Twisted Dungeon are finally positioned correctly relative to the ground.
The attack also improved the safety of the evacuation of Dalny Island: several opening points were moved closer to buildings and shelters were added nearby. Transport delivery points have appeared in Escape from Dogorsk, and issues with stairs, gravity platforms and players getting stuck have been fixed. Additionally, the update significantly improves stability, graphics, sound, and interface, and should result in fewer crashes.
