NC Company launched the global early access experience of the MMORPG “Aion 2”, which started on September 30, local time. On the day of release, the game topped the global Steam grossing list by revenue.
“AION 2” ranked first in sales in 12 countries including the United States, France, Germany, Spain, and Brazil. Prior to release, the game had been added to wishlists on Steam over 1.3 million times.
Anyone who purchases the Founder’s Pack gets early access. NC is scheduled for general release on October 5th. We have discussed the price and composition of the set in another article.
What is known about the global release:
- Platform: Steam and PURPLE, NC’s own client;
- Server areas: North America, South America, Europe and Asia (Japan);
- Language: Supports 8 languages, including English, Japanese, French, German and Spanish.
The developers released an early access launch trailer. It showcases free flight, aerial combat, confrontation between Acmodians and Elyos, as well as PvE and PvP. The video can be viewed on the global YouTube channel AION 2.
