The Diablo 4 development team has made an unexpected decision not to fix an unexpected bug with the new Hellfire Torch unique item as part of the current Season 15, allowing players to continue using unbalanced combinations.
The focus of the community is the mechanism that allows you to obtain rewards from three unique amulets and a full set of amulets at the same time through the interaction of the Golden Sea of Enlightenment and the Diamond Mind Seal. Project designer Dan Tanguay explained on the official forums that the studio didn’t want to ruin the time and effort players put into creating these characters mid-season.
The developers will study the bug in detail, but there is no need to wait for urgent balance changes just yet.
