Until now, Final Fantasy XVI was only available to PlayStation owners. As is well known, the action role-playing game will also come to the PC. A date for this is still missing, but we now at least know roughly when we can expect a demo.
With Final Fantasy XVI, Square Enix took some bold risks. Instead of turn-based battles, you fight in Devil May Cry-like real-time action, the setting went back to the Middle Ages and a lot of other things happened too. In our test for Final Fantasy XVI, we certainly appreciated the changes and welcomed the step into the future.

However, the game had a big problem that cannot be explained away: It is only available on the PlayStation 5. A PC version is being considered, but there is no specific date yet.
The game's producer, Naoki Yoshida, still didn't reveal this in an interview with GameInformer. But at least he still had good news for all the calculator Clives. Because he explained when we can expect the demo for Final Fantasy XVI.
He had this to say: “We can't really talk about details about when it will be released – I think with a little more time we will be in a position to announce things. But one thing is for sure: it won't be a year , it won't be two years, it will probably be shorter, so stay tuned.”
So it's less than a year until we get a PC demo for Final Fantasy XVI. The full release is still up in the air, and Yoshida cited optimization as the main reason. We'll stay tuned for you!
