The game is a complete remake of 2002’s Mafia: Lost Paradise. In addition to redesigned graphics from the ground up, the reimagining offers an expanded plot and new mechanics.
Mafia: Definitive Edition was released on PC on September 25, 2020 (steam, EGS), PS4 and Xbox One. The remake received high ratings from critics (76−79%) metacritic) and “very positive” reviews from players on Steam (87% rating).
