Netflix’s upcoming extended version of GTA 6 may contain several episodes. This is what an entry on the Netflix Portugal website suggests.
It came as a bit of a surprise when Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive confirmed they were partnering with streaming giant Netflix to provide a comprehensive look at Grand Theft Auto VI, which will launch at the end of August. The corresponding video footage will only play delayed on YouTube.
As people probably know by now: the so-called extended version of the hit action movie might even include a few episodes on Netflix. A corresponding page on the Netflix Portugal website now states this.
through Reddit Images of the show are circulating, and then the Grand Theft Auto Expanded page lists not one, but three episodes. There are growing signs that we’ll not only be getting a longer gameplay demo, but possibly several theme-defining episodes.
Since its discovery, the Portuguese Netflix page has been modified and no information about the three episodes can be found. However, if the original post is confirmed, the extended episode 1 will last 23 minutes and 37 seconds. The remaining episodes are 24 minutes 41 seconds and 18 minutes 29 seconds respectively.
It’s unclear whether these entries are in error or if this is indeed the case. On August 27 at the latest, the expanded version of “GTA 6” will be available on Netflix.
