The action game “Beast of Samsara” has released the v1.0.8 version update, which aims to improve performance, improve the camera and fix many bugs based on player feedback.
The main technical innovation of this patch is support for the modern image scaling algorithms DLSS 4/4.5 and FSR 4 (frame generation functionality will appear in the game in the near future). The developers also added three camera distance options, expanded the control layout settings to support side mouse buttons, introduced subtitle size selection, and changed the default auto-aim setting to an “off” position.
In addition, the update concerns balance: the character Emma no longer takes damage from falling or water, the statistics of the Blooming Art have been adjusted, cutscene triggers have been changed, and routes in the Pilgrim area have been simplified. In the future, the author plans to add support for ultrawide monitors, the ability to skip videos, and redesign the treatment mechanism.
That’s all great, but the team doesn’t understand the most important thing: they just turn into a boring game. And there is no patch to fix this problem.
