The Marvel Rivals community has been sounding the alarm in recent days: a glitch has grown in popularity that allows you to cancel any match, even rated matches, at any time without losing points, fines, or other consequences.
Anchors such as Fumiata and LytePk also tried to attract the attention of NetEase developers and started discussions in X. In addition, dishonest players exploit the Hero Shooter anti-cheat method for their conspiracy: they temporarily disconnect, upload a modified configuration file, and upon reconnection, the defender reacts and interrupts the match.
Profiles are used to increase performance, disable screen shaking, or remove some visual elements on the map, giving such players an unfair advantage. Therefore, NetEase blocked this business some time ago and imposed severe penalties such as permanent ban. However, there seems to be a problem with the severity and inevitability of the punitive measures.
