The creators of Palworld from Pocketpair Studios have shared their plans for post-launch support for the game following the release of version 1.0. Although the developers collected more than 2,000 fans’ thoughts and wishes for the upcoming version 1.1, the team immediately axed ideas that were too large-scale.
As publishing and communications chief John Buckley explained, the studio doesn’t plan to spend an entire year working on a massive expansion, adding new continents or raising the level cap by 20 steps.
This approach confirmed Pocketpair’s previous position: they did not want the project to become an endless long-term construction according to the model no man’s skyfor fear that the content will be too bloated. Instead, developers will focus on targeted changes, improvements, and mid-range content based on community feedback.
