According to reports yesterday, Anthropic’s expected capital to prepare for the IPO is based on calculations that the new startup will have revenue of $190 to $200 billion by 2028. The latest data shows that as of the end of July this year, the current value of Anthropic’s annual revenue reached US$65 billion, significantly higher than the US$47 billion in May.

The agency reports this in a new publication ReutersAs a reminder, Anthropic is not allowed to disclose details of its current financial situation after filing for an IPO in June. By the end of 2025, Anthropic’s revenue will reach $9 billion. The new annualized revenue figures were reported to investors by Anthropic representatives, sources said.
In May, the startup’s total capital was estimated at $965 billion after attracting $65 billion in financing, although the figure did not exceed $380 billion in February. Anthropic’s capitalization could grow to $2 trillion by the time of its IPO this fall. The placement on the stock exchange must take place no later than October. In the second quarter, the new startup’s profit may be as high as 10.9 billion US dollars; according to my own estimation, it should be twice the performance in the first quarter of this year.
