
Warner Bros. is still developing the series “300” and has found a partner in Netflix. Apparently, the streaming service is ready to put its faith in Zack Snyder again after the first Army of the Dead and Moon Rebels stalled (both planned launches of long-term franchises).
Yes, the famous director is already on board, and not only as a producer, he’ll be directing the pilot himself. A writing team has been assembled, but a full-fledged series will not be greenlit until the first episode of the TV prequel is successful. All of this was reported by The Hot Mic podcast host John Rocha, citing his own sources.
Plot details are currently being kept under wraps. Schneider’s involvement in this project first became known as early as 2024. Incidentally, this very beloved and successful film based on Frank Miller’s comic book will be celebrating its 20th birthday next year.
