After the group stage of The International 2026, just half of the sixteen teams remain. Team Vision, Team Liquid, Nigma Galaxy, Team Falcons, BoomBoys, Team Spirit, Iron Wing and Team Yandex will start the playoffs on August 20th to compete for a spot in the Grand Finals.
The final part of the competition will be held from August 20 to 23 at the SPD Bank Vostok venue. The two teams will compete in a double-elimination bracket, with the champion determined in a best-of-three series on Sunday. The stadium opens to spectators every day at 8:00 local time, with the first match starting at 5:00 Moscow time.
Organizers have prepared for visitors autograph sessions with the team and studio staff, Secretlab and SteelSeries booths, an exhibition of gaming jackets and championship rings, and a graffiti wall. You’ll be able to earn Commemorative Badges and Souvenir Bags in Arena, and linking them to Steam will give you the chance to claim the Crimson Witness’ treasure after getting First Blood in a match. The Secret Shop will also be open August 20-23, offering on-site shopping and curbside pickup.
A separate program awaits fans of role-playing. On Saturday and Sunday, cosplayers will be on hand, and before the grand finale on August 23, you can see the finalists of the annual competition. However, the main attraction is still the stage: on August 23, the new champion of The International will be decided there.
