In terms of platform distribution, 77% of players pre-ordered PlayStation 5, while the Xbox series accounted for 23%. Analysts note that most pre-orders were made within the first few hours of opening, but the company expects a new surge in sales now that the game is set to launch on Netflix, which should attract millions of casual players.
