Bloods of the Dawn Treader, the vampire RPG from Polish studio Rebel Wolves founded by CD Projekt Red veterans, is too ambitious for current generation consoles.

Rebel Wolves on the project’s official social networks propose five minutes video Gameplay on the console versions is discussed, as well as how Blood of the Dawn Treader plays on three of the four consoles on which the game was released.
It is understood that “Blood of Dawn Treader” on PS5, PS5 Pro and Xbox Series X will have two operating modes:
- Quality – Dynamic 4K resolution (improved image quality on PS5 Pro) and 30 fps;
- Performance – Dynamic 4K resolution (higher image quality on PS5 Pro) and 40 fps.
In other words, even on the most powerful of the three PS5 Pros, the console version of Blood of the Dawn Treader cannot support 60 fps. Rebel Wolves doesn’t specify how the game will run on the relatively weak Xbox Series S at all.
Users were surprised that Blood of the Dawn Treader doesn’t have a 60 fps mode on consoles (PS5 Pro at least). “Looks like we’ll just have to wait for the PS6 version now.”– Prepared by John Frost from the forum reset era.

Blood of the Dawn Treader will be released on PC on September 3rd (price starts from 4999 rubles) steam, microsoft store), PS5, Xbox Series X and S. Previously, the developer revealed the game’s final system requirements – they were compiled with the upgraded version in mind.
Rebel Wolves is led by former “The Witcher 3” director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, and the creative director is his brother and “Cyberpunk 2077” mission director Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz.
