Xbox Game Studios and The Coalition have opened pre-orders for a full-scale replica of the prototype Lancer from Gears of War: E-Day. The collectible is available on the official Xbox store for $299.99 (€260.95). Pre-orders begin on August 20, with the developers announcing huge demand for the replica.
According to representatives from Xbox Game Studios and The Coalition, the first batch of Prototype Lancer replicas sold out within minutes. The authors note on their social networks that they are “faced with incredible demand.” Players who successfully purchase in the first wave of purchases will receive the goods in November 2026. For the second wave of buyers, orders are expected to ship in February 2027.
The prototype Lancer replica is made in 1:1 scale and is based on information from the game Gears of War: E-Day. The author notes that every detail, including bolts, vents, and welds, recreates the design of the shooter’s weapon.
The prototype Lancer received a hand-applied E-Day style combat damage effect. Includes a simple ABS stand for displaying your collection. The dimensions of the replica are 91 x 36 x 20 cm and weighs 2.7 kg. The structure is made of ABS and PVC.
