As far as we know, the music streaming platform Apple Music will be labeled “Made with AI” type. This tag will be assigned to works whose content a significant part was created with the participation of generative artificial intelligence systems.

There is currently no public information on when the mark will appear, nor is it clear under what circumstances it will be applied. Previously, Apple added support for transparent tags on the platform, which will make it possible to tag songs created by artificial intelligence so that listeners know what is being played on the platform. But the measure seems frivolous because the labels are voluntary for distributors and publishers.
The new policy apparently imposes more formal requirements for labeling AI tracks. Generative artificial intelligence is disrupting creative fields, and music is no exception. In July, major record labels protested the inclusion of low-quality music on global music charts. Streaming platform Deezer has already sounded the alarm on artificial intelligence music and has previously launched detection technology. Other music services handle this problem differently.
