Archetype Entertainment has announced the release date for EXODUS. The project will be released on April 7, 2027 on Xbox Series X | S, Playstation 5 and PC.
The announcement of the EXODUS release date was accompanied by a new trailer. The events of the program take place in a universe where humanity has left a dying Earth and attempts to survive in a dangerous galaxy. Players will take on the role of a traveler, performing various missions to steal weapons and technology from the most powerful alien race, the Celestials.
The main feature of the game is the time mechanism. Because of the speed of travel, what may seem like a few days to a traveler may mean years, decades or even centuries to someone back home. Therefore, the hero’s decision will not only have an impact on current events, but also on his family, relatives and future generations. The author promises massive consequences that will gradually change the future of entire civilizations.
Archetype Entertainment was founded by veterans of BioWare, Naughty Dog and 343 Industries. EXODUS is their first game.
