The finale of the remake trilogy is back with a brand new trailer. However, Square Enix still hasn’t provided a specific release date.
The upcoming Final Fantasy VII: Revelations was announced back during Gamescom’s Opening Night Live, and the massive JRPG from Square Enix actually got the penultimate spot at the opening event.
Director Naoki Hamaguchi personally came on stage to say a few words about the ending of the remake trilogy, but did not reveal too many fresh details. This first applies to a release date, but nothing further has been stated yet.
When Final Fantasy VII: Revelations was announced, the development team promised a spring 2027 release date – a timeframe that has now been confirmed again.
